Thoughts on Matthews REIS? I'm considering a move in the middle of my career and not sure how it is

Have been in the brokerage industry for a while and am considering joining Matthews REIS. How is it working there? I heard it's just a bunch of drug + Zyn cold calling monkeys posing as CRE professionals. I admit, my intersection with leadership so far has been disorganized and scrappy but overall positive and professional. I feel like I'm missing a "boots on the ground" perspective here. Anyone have any thoughts?
