Please help, my AE7 stops working randomly after the new Windows Update

After this new abomination of an upgrade, the audio driver keeps crashing. At first I checked if it was the current program, but it kept happening everywhere.
So I did reinstall the driver. OVER. AND OVER. AND OVER. AND OVER AGAIN. Clean install.
Even turned off antivirus, to be sure.
It STILL broke. Checked win updates. For some reason, Win decided to automatically update shit for me and screwed up the final one.
Even after I rolled back updates, the issue keeps on remaining. I use headphones, and I use Optical Audio with my amplifier for 2.1.
I even try to turn off SB and creative from task manager and reopen, but nothing happens.

When this occurs, video slows down too.
Did anyone have this problem? I'm extremely upset by this point. Please help!
