Is it normal to have varicose veins at 21?? Really need some advice.

21F. This afternoon my left leg started feeling kind of sore and uncomfortable. At first I thought maybe it was because I'd been standing for too long yesterday, but then I started Googling and ended up reading about varicose veins. One thing that stood out is that I've always had very visible veins. You can easily see them on my wrists, the inside of my arms, and my legs. I thought that was normal and that everyone looked like that tbh.

Then I looked up symptoms of varicose veins and realized I relate to quite a few of them.

My left calf gets itchy pretty often, but I always assumed it was because of stretch marks. Also, my left leg is noticeably bigger than my right one. About 1.5 cm in circumference. What really makes me wonder if it's genetic is that my mom has varicose veins too. She actually had surgery for them 4 years ago.

Now I'm wondering if this could be the same thing starting early.
