Springfield Hellcat.
So last weekend I hit the range with a buddy and some of his friends, and saw that one of them had a Springfield Hellcat. And honestly I couldn't wait to try it out because I've been wanting to compare it to my Sig P365.
Also initially, I was going to choose a Hellcat for carry before I decided on going with the 365. Mostly because it just felt so great in the hand off the bat, the texture, the grip, everything.
And the only reason I had chose the 365 over the Hellcat was 2 things. Modularity, and a manual safety.
Now let me tell you. After putting a couple thousand rounds through my P365. It took me only 10 rounds with the Hellcat to figure out that I absolutely hated it! It was 10 of the most painful rounds I think I've ever fired from a 9mm, my finger was literally bruised after, and I had to force myself to finish off the mag. It's also noticeably snappier than the 364 as well, despite taking up more real estate in my hand.
I'm just wondering how can anyone actually like the Hellcat?
And I'm saying this as someone who was really routing for it.
Also a great point of never purchasing a gun off of how it feels in the hand.
