Harry Potter and Atlantis(?)

Trying to track down a fic I read in the mid 2000s where some technology from Atlantis is found?

The only thing I really recall about it is that there were these crystal rods or cones that could be used to store the contents of books and Harry could absorb the books very quickly that way.

I wish I remembered more about it!
