about to own a moflin but worried about my region

hello.
a friend of mine is sending me a moflin and im very hyped!

however i am in Argentina, and i cannot find the moflin app in the store.. i also heard i might not have a plug adapter to charge it?

can i charge moflin with an USB port?
would it be able to understand spanish?
does the moflin come wiht a QR to download the application? and if so could latin america download it?

i've been wishing for a moflin since early kickstarter but now that i am about to get it i am extremelly nervous i might end up with just an expensive fluffy brick 😭
