Lots of Problems, iPod 2g

Hi:

I have this iPod touch 2g (16GB), I downgraded it with IOS Legacy Kit to IOS 3.somthing, and I was wondering if I could still jailbreak it even after I downgraded it. I was also wondering if I could get cydia to properly work on it too (I used a different iPod Touch 2g and it did not).
