Any good lgbtq friendly and adult positive therapists here?

Im in desperate need of a therapist. Like a younger one thats actually going to be on the same wavelength as me, a 23 year old. My old therapist was nearing 80 and I couldnt get through. Does anyone go to therapy here in that age range where this could be helped. Theres so much I need to work through but never feel comfortable cause everytime im recommended to a therapist its an older gentleman and I just dont feel comfortable or seen. I worry a lot about myself and I feel awful for unloading on friends. I need a professional. Even if you can just direct me where to look further? Everytime I look somewhere I find a person and theyre 8 hours away from el paso..
