[WTB] Railen upgrade

Hi! I am looking to purchase an upgrade to the upcoming Railen. While I am usually quite organized and get my chains together without additional off-site purchases (hence why there are no trades linked to my account) I did forget that the buyback tokens will only reset by July, not June.

I therefore think it's cheaper to simply purchase an upgrade (preferably from a Terrapin) than to set up an entire new chain (since I do have access to some store credit).

I'd be aiming to land somewhere in the 15$-Range if possible?
