How to get World Cup Banners? 2026 FIFA

I've seen other players have the profile banners (Brazil, Belgium, and Costa Rica etc.) already

Looks like the hogwarts scarf, but it has the national colors and official country logos

-Not the decals or the titles.
-Its not in the premium pass either
-I participated in the 2022 world cup event but those didn't have banners only the ones with the flags not scarfs, and all the decals were available from the start, both default & nike versions
