First order received

I placed my order Monday night, approved by the time i woke up on Tuesday and meds were delivered this afternoon 🙌 I wasn't expecting them til early next week.

For those who use tirz with glycine, what time of day do you prefer to take it? I usually do ot Sunday late am, but I'm curious since glycine is supposed to help with sleep if I should switch to later in the day, early evening.
