Ticket?

I was working today and towards the 3rd to last hour of my shift an asm came up to me with a ticket? i’m not sure if every heb does it but what exactly are the prizes i didn’t have the chance to look at them tbh and im not sure if they’re all the same prize but what are some things that you’ve been able to get with them!
