Safari Extension - Install from File

I’m trying to use the Open in Artemis Safari extension in the Orion browser, which allows installing Safari extensions. I can’t find the Artemis extension when browsing in the Extensions library in Orion, but there is an option to install from file.

Could the extension be made available as a file for this type of installation?
