Locked out of Business account with no personal photos

Apologize if this is common but i have a business account that ive been locked out of for probably 2 years now. I get to the point where it asks for impromptu selfies to verify me. I have NO photos of my face on my account, for whatever reason my 2fa auth apps dont even register my instagram anymore. Help help help
