Letter DMV suspension

Anybody have any issues with a license suspension from intoxAlock? They claimed I “tampered” with the device, which I never have and have no clue how to! I can’t even find an email to send them the letter. Every time I call it’s some guy who sends me circles to everyone in India. Any words of advice or guidance would be everything. Thank you.
