My father was sent the incorrect prescription

Location: New York

My father 82, gets his prescription filled through the mail. He was sent some pills that were not his prescription. He felt ill, went to his doctor and had sky high blood pressure. He called the pharmacy and they said it’s impossible he must have done this himself.

I looked at the pills, we kept some and are sending the rest back. They look like illicit drugs.

Do we have a claim against the pharmacy?
