Why do I get drunk off of almost nothing?

Drugs & Alcohol

I realize this is an "ask your doctor" type of question, but I'm really confused. Everybody thinks I'm crazy/making this up, but I can get drunk off of next to nothing. Even non-alcoholic beer, which has trace amounts of alcohol, can get me drunk by the time I'm maybe 1/4th through a can. I water down non alcoholic beer like it's liquor. I know this isn't just me making it up, because it's happened on accident, without me knowing. I had soup that had been cooked with bourbon in it (again, this should be a negligible amount for any normal person), and only learned this when I tried to stand up and nearly fell over because I was so dizzy. I had bariatric surgery back in 2020, and I was expecting that to lower my alcohol tolerance, but this was years ago. I haven't found any other people who've had that surgery and had results this extreme. It's not just with alcohol, either. I straight up can't do edibles, most of my prescriptions I take at some of the lowest available doses (and sometimes still feel like too much). I've accepted that this is my life now, but I miss just being able to enjoy a glass of wine or a margarita without getting completely shitfaced.
