Best serious RP server? besides some youtuber that made it for money.

I'm looking for a serious RP server that has a good pop (population) or is growing in size. I'm an EMT (emergency medical tech) IRL and work in EMS and want to know if there is a good server for civ/police/fire/ems/dot you name it. something that people ACTUALLY roleplay in.
