Crazy stupid crush (ノ_＜。)

I kind of had a crush on this guy for a year now and i haven't seen him from last year till a couple of weeks aga during exam session. And we talked it was amazing, then he gave me a bracelet( because he's changing universities) and i gave him a flower chain. He even asked for my instagram cause idk maybe we won't be able to see each other after that interaction. We talked on instagram but on basic stuff i didn't get to know him a little bit and im going insaneeee i don't like when im developing a crush or something.

What should i dooo??? I really want to get to know him. And i can't confess my feelings and i don't know what to do.
