I ask Gemini a lot of questions, some answers contradict each others. Can anyone shed any light on what I need to be aware of about the quality of AI's answers?

I have no business asking it questions about the nature of the universe. But I wonder where it's getting it's answers, how it chooses what to report as true.

Is it from general consensus from qualified experts, or what is popular on the Internet today, or maybe this week it would give me a different answer than next week?

How would it know the difference between grifters or solid scientific knowledge when it searches?

Thanks for any help?
