I got caught cheating on my final, and I am getting a zero and referral to the office, what do I do?

I am a high school junior in the northeast, and I cheated on my final project (used AI), this was the second time I had used it in her class, but the first time I am being referred for discipline. I am receiving a zero on the final, but my main concern is college admissions. Other then these 2 cheating incidents, I have not cheated in high school, and I have good grades, take AP classes, and do well in them. I know I screwed myself, but I want to try and dig myself as far out of this hole as possible. How can I not let this ruin my chances further then it already will have by getting a zero on the final?
