Anyone used crewnest.app for a CRM?

It seems like it would be perfect because it's tailored specifically for pressure washing. I subscribed to the pro version but keep running into problems. I set up the booking portal but my customers can't successfully book an appointment because they're constantly met with a booking failed message. The SMS system doesn't actually work and they advertise in app support for pro subscribers with same day responses.. that doesn't exist at all. It tells you to message them at support at crewnest dot app but when you do you get a message saying that email doesn't even exist. It really just feels like a scam at this point. U/crewnest
