OPTOMCAS transcripts: when to send?

Hi all,
Quick question: I electronically sent my official transcript to OptomCAS on June 3rd. OptomCAS says that they still have not received it?

Will they only receive it when the cycle opens on June 25? Will I have to resend it?

And I still need to manually put the courses into OptomCAS, right?
