A 4mg Oral Estrofem (2mg AM-PM) and 1 pump of estrogel at night (scrotum) is this overkill?

Hi! Currently i am a DIY girly and wondering if this administration is an overkill?

my last lab result first week of May
**Estradiol (E2): 59.427 pg/mL (my last Estrogen taken was 8pm and blood taken the next morning 9am)**
**Testosterone (T): 0.226 ng/mL**

started HRT (MARCH 2026)

im feeling restless everytime doing it buccal or sublingual so i feel like Oral is much more easy for me.

About the oestrogel, i have two tubes on me, and i dont want it to go to waste

Any thoughts on this. I am overthinking as i feel like what im doing is only making feminization slowly to no changes at all :((
