What If It was Kurt not Howard?

In the episode where Penny calls Howard pathetic and creepy because of his behaviour would Penny have done the same to Kurt, would she have said he’s going to die alone or would she have just been entitled as always and let him do what he wants her she finds him attractive and she finds Howard ugly?
