You have $10 a month for video AI, who do you use?

I am a big GPT user, but obviously that doesn't allow video creation anymore. I want to start creating videos (faceless and full AI videos like the fruit people ones), but I'm struggling to determine which is best.

I almost considered Grok, but it sounds like there are strict limits on how much you can create per day, especially with the Lite plan.

If you had $10 per month (can be a little more realistically) and wanted to produce around 30-40 minutes of AI video with voice as well (another reason I liked Grok), what would you choose?
