Sudden jump and elevated glucose of Dexcom

I was in the 90s all morning till around noon before a meal and it jumped to 140s and it’s been elevated drops to around 110 then goes up. Have been having my usual foods.

Only difference is it was very hot today and I’m thinking it could be because of that not sure. Still monitoring what could possible cause it.

Any experienced this?
