help! I dont know what's going on

hey im not very computer smart but I have a Mac and every time I try open steam this happens (see attached image)

Any able to tell me what to do? Ive tried clearing the cache, restarting my computer, deleting steam all together and redownloading it, but nothing is working. help! T-T
