got diagnosed

finally got diagnosed with combined ADHD at 20 years old! the place i went to gave me a long document with everything we talked about in the whole process and the result of all my other testing, it was pretty interesting! i’m very lucky to have a girlfriend who wants to be a clinical psychologist and works with neurodivergent kiddos, she’s been amazing and so helpful through my entire testing process 🫶🏻
it’s kinda crazy to me cause i’ve spent the last ~20 years of my life thinking this was just how my brain is lmao
