FET ins and outs

advice needed

After some unforeseen circumstances we have decided to pivot to transferring our only blast (hopefully) in July instead of a third ER. The embryo is graded well but it’s a Day 7 LLM so my hopes are not high. This is kind of a Hail Mary.

Anyway, I’ve been so wrapped up with ERs I feel like I know nothing about the actual transfer process.

I have a pretty consistent 28 day cycle, good lining (I think?) and do ovulate, so I want to do a natural or modified natural transfer.

What is the time line like for a modified natural transfer? I know there’s typically a day 3 baseline and monitoring appts then trigger and a transfer 5 days after then a beta ? What CDs did these things happen for you?

Do I take any supplements? I’m on a huge stack since I thought I would be doing an ER but I realized I probably don’t need anything but a prenatal and maybe Vit D? Can I still take melatonin?

Not gonna lie I’ve been drinking more than I typically do … realistically… does that matter? I used to be a huge THC fan but stopped for egg quality reasons… can I partake in that again until transfer?

And then my hopeful question …IF it stuck and magically leads to a live birth… how soon after that can I jump back into ERs? I’m 37 now - ideally wanted 3 kids but I know that’s not super realistic.

Anyway my doc is out of office until mid week next week so I want to gather as much info as I can before we chat

Thank you!
