Need help with food. My mum and I have only eaten porridge for the past 2 days

Please help. My mum and I have only had porridge for the past two days. I spent all my money on medicine for my mother after her stroke. I do online work, but my salary hasn’t been released yet. We are hungry and have no food. I need $100 for groceries. I only have Paypal/Wise.
