M29| Alberta | just looking for someone who gets it

hey, just gonna be real because i have nothing to lose at this point. i am 29, based in Alberta. grew up very religious so i never really learned how to socialize, especially with girls. i have ADHD and social anxiety on top of that so putting myself out there does not come easy at all. almost all my friends are married now and i genuinely have nobody to just talk to anymore. no female friends, barely any friends left. just looking for genuine friendship and someone who gets what this feels like. maybe we can help each other get out of our shells. i prefer someone in Alberta or Canada but open to anyone going through something similar. if any of this sounds familiar please reach out
