How to info at top of screen for media files?

Hi, maybe this is a silly question but - I've transferred a movie to the Meta Quest 3 and it's in the gallery. I open it up, full screen it, and can get all controls to disappear except the ones at the top. In the top left it says the date I added the file, and then trim, share, sync, delete in the top right. How do I make those go away? Is there a better method for watching media full screen I'm missing?
