Can lateral upper thigh handle 5 ML injections a day?

I have 10 ML ampoules from rupharma and wanted to split the dosage into two injections a day. Does anyone have experience injecting this much or injecting into the lateral upper thigh. Google AI says it’s not big enough to handle 5 ML at once but this licensed nurse on YouTube says that’s the best place. I’d really appreciate anyone’s help.
