Getting back into game, have some questions.

Hi whoever reads this, I left the game a little after skyline valley was added and have come back to many perk, weapon, and armor changes. Previously I was running a bloodied build with unyielding armor and am looking to change it up. I was wondering if anyone had build suggestions in terms of legendary effects and perk cards, cool new weapons they think I should look into, and any ideas of quests or activities I should look into doing that might not be obviously available. I had all quest lines and plans prior to leaving and was about level 1000 if that info indicates my player strength. Thank you for your time.
