Please help to translate a message, thank you <3

Hello all, I’ve never posted to Reddit before so I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place for this, but I would be very grateful if someone could please help me with this.
I’m not Algerian and I don’t speak Arabic at all but I would love if anyone who is Algerian and speaks Arabic would be able to help me with this please. I am trying to write a happy birthday message for my friend who I call bro or kho. I know that there is أخ which is akh I think but not kho and I know it means the same but kho is used more in Algeria, yes? Can anyone help me with how to write kho in Arabic?
Then there's also عيد ميلاد سعيد which is happy birthday I think. Is this for Algerian dialect of Arabic like kho or is it more like akh?
