Am i the only one who finds adults arguing about a childrens channel (disney) weird?

This may sound controversial but I am a black girl who grew up on disney. But for example, the whole black princess thing. No kid is complaining about the little mermaid being black or how many princesses there are, kids don’t see race. I know for sure I didn’t.

This is just one example.

I think grown adults should stop arguing over a childrens show and let kids be kids. like why do you want kids to see gay romance characters so bad.

There is nothing wrong with wanting representation but there’s other places to get that representation. Not friggin disney channel
