Another shipping question

Sorry, I already asked another question yesterday. Promise this is the last one. Is it possible to order a laptop from Italy? I'm not there right now, so IDK if I should use a VPN and that's why I can't change the location on the official page.

One of my friends is in Italy and I wanted to buy a FW13, ship it to his address and he brings it to me. Can I do that?
