Solomon movie props bug/problem

Recently I started a new account and I'm trying to get all the collectibles and now i'm going for the movie props but I don't know why I can't get any of them.

I saw videos on yt that say to wait for a message from Solomon and then go to his office, but I never get that message and the map shows a "clapperboard" icon but not the "S" for Solomon's office. When I approach the location, Solomon's message appears but I cannot access his office nor do I see any collectibles and the map icon no longer appears
