How do I delete games/patches/dlc

Sorry for asking probably very obvious questions but all the answers I can find say different things and I have seen some people get corrupted data and so on so I just want to be on the safe side.

I wanna free up some space on my ps3 to download other games.

1. How do I delete games that are both downloaded as psn games and as disc games (I.e. both the ones in the xmb and the ones under the games folder in webman that I have to mount)

2. How do I delete installed dlcs.

3. How do I delete patches for games without deleting the games or the dlcs themselves. I have some games that I have installed patches for, didn’t think about the storage aspect, but I’m probably not gonna play them for a while, is there a way to remove the patches and then install them again in the future without deleting dlc/games.

I just want to delete everything that has to do with the games themselves. I don’t wanna mess with save data’s or trophies or anything like that, just the game itself.

I use Irisman if that is of any importance.
