Can Doxy trigger psoriasis?

I went to the doctor for a sinus infection, he put me on doxycycline twice a day for 10 days.

While on it, and after finishing it, my psoriasis has been out of control. It’s all over my face, stomach, arms and legs. Literally everywhere.

Last time I had a reaction like this was to the COVID vaccine and the psoriasis took MONTHS to go away.
