Missing tickets/StubHub update DC

On 5/28 I got an email from StubHub saying the event changed their ticket delivery methods. On 6/5 I got an email asking me to update my delivery address. It’s always been in my StubHub account. I updated it anyway. I still have no tickets. Did this happen to anyone else? Is there a place to go to pick up tickets tomorrow?
