Can anybody recommend a lip tint cream/ lipstick which would suit my skin tone?

I have been trying since 2 years and almost everything washes me out. It's not me, me even after brown lip liner. Maybelline nude nuance worked ok ish on my face, but not something that would pop out nicely. And one lipstick which worked well for me, thanks to my stars, was my glamm pose soft brown. Apart from that nothing else, no shade worked for me. Idk what my shade is as never found out correct foundation or concealer. Sometimes I look fair, sometimes I look of a darker skin tone. God knows what I really am. If anybody can suggest, thank you! I have wasted thousands of rupees in trial and error. No extra money now for this trial and error thing. I still don't know my skin tone
