Should I delete my AUR packages or prevent updates?

Heard about how AUR recently got massively compromised with Malware, and wasn't sure if I'm safe with the AUR apps I do have as long as I don't install anymore.

I did have Eden emulator and Heroic launcher from AUR, but I recently swapped my heroic launcher to the bin version from pacman before ever hearing about this, am I safe to keep Eden emulator installed, or even update it? Or should I delete all unimportant AUR packages I have installed?
