I'm Youssef, an SEO specialist and WordPress developer based in Morocco. I build fast, clean sites and I understand Google's algorithm deeply not from blogs, but from studying leaked API attributes and reverse-engineering live SERPs.

What I'm looking for:

An extrovert. Someone with energy who can walk into a business, pitch our services, and close deals. You don't need SEO knowledge. I'll handle that. You just need to be good with people and willing to learn the basics so you can sell confidently.

The plan:

We target businesses that need a better site or want to rank on Google. You show them examples of beautiful sites we can build. The selling point is simple: low upfront price for a stunning site, plus performance-based SEO, they pay based on results. If we hit a certain ranking, they pay a set amount. If we don't, they don't pay for that part.

This means slow cash flow at first. We make it up with site development fees. And we condition every client to let us publish their success story on our site, which builds our portfolio and attracts future clients.

Long-term vision:

This is a long-term play. I'm not chasing quick cash. I want to build a business that grows because we do good work and Google rewards it naturally. Every client success feeds into our own branded demand. Every positive interaction feeds into the signals Google's algorithm looks for.
