Advice on how to approach asking this person out

For some context, I just recently moved to a big city, and am starting a new job. Whilst I was finishing up I went next door to deal with some other errands and met this beautiful women who we kicked it off during our conversation due to her cat and my new kitten having similiar names (to keep the intro short), eventually she mentioned that since im new to town if Im ever looking for a friend she'd be down to get a coffee or something (something around those words i can't remember her exact wording), and so i responded saying yeah that sounds great if I could get your contact we can figure somethin out and maybe I can show you this farmers market near me. We exchanged instagram but after getting home and checking things out, I fear im getting some cold feet as she seems quite out of my league aesthetically and popularity wise even tho we spoke for about an hour.

I don't consider myself ugly but i know im not a model either, I'm starting a very good work position in a bank and we seem to around the same age.

I'm essentially just hoping someone can provide me with some ideas on whether or not I should wait to reach out on their social about a meetup or better ways to do it? I haven't been on the dating scene in the last 2 years ever since my ex and I had a rough break i didn't want that nightmare again.

thanks to anyone for some advice! I'll try to answer any questions as well if im missing some details
