Honda Civic suspension issue
I’m having an issue with my 2019 Honda Civic Sport 2.0. The front right suspension is making a clunking metal on metal noise when I hit little bumps and it is affecting the steering. I don’t feel it in the steering wheel, but the car starts moving when I hit bumps. First thing I did was change the struts to Monroe part number 173081R which is what this vehicle calls for. After I changed the strut I was still having the issue so I changed the lower ball joint, then the swaybar link, then the tie rod, then the swaybar bushing, then the lower control arm. After I changed each of these things, the issue still remained. So I figured maybe I had a defective strut and I took it back in exchange it for another. Still having the issue. The only thing I can think of was that maybe it’s a bad batch and they’re not properly filled or something of that sort. I purchased them through O’Reillys. Has anybody else had this issue?
