Lips buzzing while humming

Howdy, yall. I've been singing for a bit now, and recently my lips have started buzzing, nearly to the extent of an uncomfortable tickling feeling, while I'm humming. I tried just bringing my volume down, but it remained. Is this good, bad, or does it even mean anything important?
