Cheating

I did my GCSEs last year, and a couple of weeks ago the psych girls in my year had an exam and a bunch of them cheated. Someone snitched, everyone knows who, and a bunch of ppl are calling her a hypocrite because she cheated in her GCSEs (bought flashcards in, allegedly) What would happen if someone did snitch on her for that, I’m not planning on it as I left drama behind in lower school, but would she get disqualified/her qualifications removed? What proof would need to be provided? People are threatening to ‘snitch on the snitch’ basically and I’m just wondering the logistics (I don’t do psych so this is all third hand knowledge)
