Single Editor #9; La La Land (2016)

I watched this yesterday on Netflix and started the challenge on May 1.

The story, a musical story at that, of a musician and actress trying to make it in Los Angeles.

I remember reading somewhere about the movie The Sound of Music was going to play in some country that usually doesn’t play such movies and it was edited by taking out all of the musical numbers. I almost wished that happened with this film. I enjoyed a couple of the musical pieces but others made me sleepy.

The ending rises this film to 3 stars of 4 and recommend those that like musicals.
